Our prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, i.e. from steel reinforced concrete, are manufactured in a specialist factory in Włocławek – one of the most modern factories of this type in Europe. The scope of production includes structural and elevation elements, including ready-made facades.
We manufacture all products at the individual request of the Client. Thanks to the precision of production confirmed by obtained certificates, we can guarantee compliance with a number of requirements characteristic of modern construction, starting from the obvious issues of durability and strength of the structure, through safety and comfort of use requirements, ending with aesthetic impressions that are extremely important to us.
The high quality of the surface of the prefabricated elements allows them to be left without further finishing in many cases, also in residential properties, such as in our apartment building at Sprzeczna 4.

Prestressed reinforced concrete prefabrication
Prestressing involves introducing controlled stresses into the structure using reinforcement steel. This steel is tensioned either before or after concrete pouring using dedicated machinery for this process.
The prestressed material better withstands working loads, minimizing the risk of cracking and increasing durability. This solution is particularly effective where above-average capabilities or the reduction of element dimensions are crucial.
Non-prestressed reinforced concrete prefabrication
If simplicity of execution and reliability play a key role, non-prestressed reinforced concrete precast elements may be the appropriate solution. These are building components made of concrete reinforced with steel bars, without the use of the relatively expensive prestressing technique.
In this case, the reinforcement takes on the tensile stresses, while the concrete is responsible for transferring compression, which ensures structural stability. Such elements are commonly used in residential, industrial, or infrastructure construction, for example, in walls, slabs, or columns.
