Tertio Ponte
Even at the construction stage, the moment of which is preserved on Google Maps Street View, the Tertio Ponte office building did not give the impression of being prefabricated. Meanwhile, it is a comprehensive prefabrication, including three-layer walls. Properly designed, precisely made and carefully assembled walls that form the building’s facade give the impression of a monolithic structure.
This impression does not disappear in the interiors. People who do not know where to look may have a problem indicating that we are dealing with walls connected from ready-made elements. Moreover, these walls do not require any finishing other than factory-made, and the large ceiling spans offer spacious and well-arranged interiors. The interiors, as befits prefabrication, are sparkling clean immediately after assembly.
