City Logistics Poznań III – as the full name of the building located at Obodrzycka Street goes – does not suggest that we are dealing with the largest facility of its type in Poland.
Yet, its 43 400 m² earned it precisely that title when it was commissioned in $2023$. It also holds a BREEAM Excellent certificate.
The facility serves warehousing, production, and service functions and features a separate zone with controlled temperature and humidity spanning 43 400 m².
The entire construction was completed in under 7 months and is designed to handle last-mile logistics and provide space for value-added services such as co-packing and co-manufacturing. Handling these tasks is facilitated by, among other features, 41 loading docks and electric VNA system forklifts.
