Intelligent Construction – Synthesis of Materials

A standard Budizol hybrid wall is a well-thought-out, typically three-layer composition:

  • Load-Bearing Timber Layer (Internal): The structural skeleton of the wall, made of timber (e.g., using CLT technology), provides excellent thermal insulation properties in itself and is significantly lighter than concrete. This translates into reduced foundation load and a more ecological character for the entire structure.

  • Insulation Layer (Middle): A high-performance insulation core (e.g., mineral wool, PIR, XPS) guarantees minimal heat loss and the highest thermal comfort inside the building, meeting standards for energy-efficient and passive construction.

  • Concrete Façade Layer (External): The external shield of architectural concrete protects the building from weather conditions like no other technology. It ensures decades of durability, excellent acoustics, and most importantly, offers complete freedom in shaping the façade’s appearance—from color and texture to the most complex imprints.
