Two Systems, One Philosophy

Depending on architectural, structural, and aesthetic requirements, we offer two main types of hybrid slabs:

Beam System – Rhythm and Functionality In this solution, a solid, prefabricated reinforced concrete slab rests on aesthetically exposed glued laminated timber (Glulam) beams, creating a rhythmic, striking composition. Crucially, the open space between the beams serves as an excellent, natural place to conceal and aesthetically route installations such as ventilation, electrical wiring, or lighting, without the need for suspended ceilings.

Slab System – Natural Elegance Here, the base is a massive Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) panel, which is complemented on-site with a reinforced concrete screed, forming an integrated, rigid whole. The result is a perfectly smooth, wooden ceiling that provides a ready, natural interior finish without any additional work. This system is also characterized by a smaller overall thickness, allowing for the optimization of story height.
