Hybrid prefabrication is defined as consisting of two basic construction materials: concrete and wood.
We can talk about hybrids in two contexts:
- element (when wood and concrete are combined within one prefabrication)
- structure (when reinforced concrete and wooden prefabrications are used within one building)
Budizol has implemented projects in both of these contexts. We present the individual elements in more detail in the next section. Here are a few more words about structures.
Rosevia Resort & SPA was built on a cliff. For this reason, it was crucial to reduce the load caused by the buildings, and timber prefabrication proved to be excellent in this respect. At the same time, the durability of elements exposed to the greatest wear was important, which is why, for example, the flights of stairs are made of reinforced concrete.
These ideas were fully developed in budiHOME. These fully prefabricated houses have, for example, reinforced concrete walls that accumulate heat and a lightweight structure of wooden roof panels that not only significantly speed up construction, but also allow for the use of a larger attic area than with a traditional roof truss.

Our certificates

Nordcert
It awards certificates for products, processes and persons in the field of reinforcement, concrete and aggregates and educates in the area of related competences.

Betong och Ballast Certifiering
Swedish industry certificate. Products marked with it require only a simplified acceptance control and do not require testing of the declared properties.

PÜZ BAU
In its current form – a control body for precast concrete and reinforced concrete elements – PÜZ BAU has been operating since 2006.
