Verte Autograph Collection
The 18th-century palaces once owned by the Szaniawski and Branicki families were acquired by Budizol in 2013 and 2015. In the restored properties located at Miodowa Street 6 and 8, near Castle Square in Warsaw, a hotel under the Autograph Collection by Marriott brand was created. Both buildings, heavily damaged during World War II, were meticulously renovated inside and out in accordance with the guidelines of the Warsaw City Conservator of Monuments. The project focused on preserving original architectural solutions as faithfully as possible and developing three courtyards overlooking the Old Town. Archaeological research was carried out alongside the renovation works.
Each Autograph Collection hotel is unique and distinctive—an icon offering the highest standards of service. The Warsaw property fully embodies this philosophy. The hotel features nearly 100 luxurious rooms, a spa area, and an extensive culinary offering designed for the most discerning guests, including the KUK restaurant. The complex also offers a variety of conference spaces of different sizes and purposes, with a total area exceeding 1,000 m².
