Rosevia Resort & Spa

This development is located in a truly exceptional spot on the Polish coastline. The picturesque plot on which the resort was built sits on the northernmost cape of the Baltic Sea, in the village of Rozewie, atop a cliff rising approximately 35 meters above sea level.

Rosevia Resort & Spa forms an intimate yet luxurious seaside enclave. Construction took place between 2014 and 2015, and due to the protected landscape status of the nearly 7-hectare site, only a small portion of the land was developed. The leisure complex consists of 22 buildings, each no more than two storeys high, while recreational areas—including pools, a spa, dining venues, playgrounds, and sports facilities—are evenly distributed throughout the grounds.

The resort offers 82 apartments, each with a private external entrance and ranging in size from 40 to 125 m². The architecture of Rosevia Resort & Spa is modern in form while drawing inspiration from Kashubian culture. The building façades feature large metal shingles, slate, and ceramics—materials commonly used in local construction traditions. The gable walls are adorned with prefabricated concrete panels imprinted with motifs inspired by Kashubian patterns. The region’s native vegetation has been complemented with new landscaping.
