We are a Polish, two-generation family company with over 35 years of experience. We own two highly modern factories for reinforced concrete and timber precast elements, holding the CE quality mark, Nordcert certification (assuming ‘Nordcent’ was a typo), and PÜZ BAU certification. Our comprehensive technological facilities allow us not only continuous development but also the innovative combination of elements into hybrid prefabrication. We have developed systems for constructing fully prefabricated buildings that stand out due to their exceptional, aesthetically refined structures.

Main Areas of Operation
We have executed hundreds of large-scale projects, such as shopping centres, hotels, production and warehouse halls, and residential estates in Poland, Sweden, Germany, Denmark, and other European countries. Key to our development were not only realizations like the innovative, fully prefabricated residential building “Sprzeczna 4” in Poland or the luxurious Rosevia Resort & SPA with comfortable apartments in separate buildings. We also proved ourselves in highly complex projects, and our precast elements, manufactured in Włocławek, allowed for the creation of server rooms in Berlin and the vicinity of Warsaw. Over 2,100 complex elements travelled across the Oder River to be assembled on-site, without corrections, and with the utmost attention to detail. Work on these projects changed our approach and, at the same time, allowed all the experience gained so far to culminate in the creation of our latest project – Budihome.
